• Communication submitted via our app, website, or dispatch team

• Dispatch loads and communicate with drivers
   
• Match loads to your preferred regions/lane types
   
• Track and verify load completion
   
• Contact you regarding delivery updates, documentation, or dispatch support
   
• Maintain accurate business records for compliance and accounting
   

We do not sell or share your personal information with third-party marketing agencies.

Your data is stored securely through trusted platforms such as Google Sheets, Jotform, and other secure cloud-based tools. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

Only authorized 24K Freight Systems team members have access to your information for business and operational purposes only.

You may request to:

• View, update, or delete your personal information
   
• Opt out of communication at any time
   
• Withdraw from dispatch services (subject to contract terms, if applicable)

Welcome to 24K Freight Systems ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website, dispatch services, forms, or app, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

24K Freight Systems provides dispatch services for independent owner-operators and carriers. We help connect you with available freight, assist with documentation, and provide communication support to help you manage your trucking business.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
   
• Hold a valid and active DOT and/or MC number
   
• Have appropriate licensing and insurance for all equipment and operations
   

By using our services, you confirm that all information submitted is accurate and truthful.

• All service fees are outlined in your dispatcher-carrier agreement
   
• Free trial periods, if offered, will be honored as stated
   
• Weekly dispatch fees are due on the agreed date to continue service
   
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other designated processors
   

By working with 24K Freight Systems, you agree to:

• Communicate regularly regarding load acceptance and delivery updates
   
• Upload all required documents (BOL, POD, Rate Confirmation, etc.)
   
• Notify us immediately of any issues during pickup, transit, or delivery
   
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with FMCSA regulations
   

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of services.

You agree not to misuse our forms, app, or website. Misuse includes, but is not limited to:

• Submitting false or fraudulent information
   
• Sharing submission links without permission
   
• Attempting to disrupt or bypass form workflows
   

We reserve the right to restrict access or terminate services if misuse is detected.

Either party may end the dispatcher-carrier relationship with written notice. 24K Freight Systems reserves the right to terminate service immediately in cases of:

• Fraudulent activity
   
• Repeated non-payment
   
• Unprofessional behavior
   
• Breach of these Terms
   

Final invoices must be paid in full before the release of any documents or services.

24K Freight Systems is not liable for:

• Load cancellations or broker payment disputes
   
• Delays caused by weather, traffic, or uncontrollable circumstances
   
• Any losses outside the scope of dispatch-related support
   

We do not guarantee volume or profit, but we strive to provide consistent and quality support.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the most recent version. You can always request a copy or view it on our website.
